As part of the Port of Townsville's commitment to obtaining competitive tenders and reducing administration work load, the Authority now utilises the Internet to make tender documents available to the business community for open tenders.

This site is designed to provide you with the tender documents in Adobe PDF format. To obtain the remaining components of the tender document (appendices and drawings etc) and any tender addendums, tenderers must ensure that they register their interest in tendering for the works.

PoTL tenders may also be available from Tenders Queensland at https://www.tenders.qld.gov.au

Important - Tendering for the Works

Initial registration to download a tender document does not register your interest in tendering for the works. To register for the works the contractor must e-mail the designated "Registration of Interest in Tendering" contact listed in the current tenders section. This will ensure that you are recorded on the Authority's register of tenders. The remaining component of the tender document will be forwarded to you directly, along with tender addenda as they arise. If confirmation that documentation is being sent to you is not received by return e-mail within one day you are required to contact the designated staff contact.
