Port of Townsville Limited (the Corporation) is seeking representatives of local north Queensland community groups to join the Port Community Partnerships Forum (PCPF).

The PCPF provides a means through which interested community-based groups can provide comment on Port related policies, development plans, management programs and ongoing operations that may impact on specific community interests. The Forum will also provide an opportunity for the Corporation to provide the community with information regarding operations and future development activities at the Port.

The PCPF meets at least quarterly, depending on the specific projects or issues that may require discussion.

The Corporation is calling for expressions of interest from representatives of groups that may wish to be involved.

The closing date for Expressions of Interest is 19 April 2010.
