Drinking Water Monitoring Program
The Port of Townsville is considered a Water Service Provider under Queensland legislation and is required to have a Drinking Water Quality Management Plan (DWQMP) in place to manage water quality within its distribution scheme.
The current DWQMP (October 2018) was approved by the Department of Natural Resources, Mines and Energy on the 10th December 2018. The latest annual reports for drinking water quality is also available below.
