Management/Monitoring Plans

The Channel Upgrade Project has a number of Management and Monitoring Plans to implement controls and monitor our environment.  

The monitoring programs are reviewed by the Independent Technical Advisory Committee (ITAC) before all plans are assessed and approved by Government Regulators.  Local Traditional Owner representatives are consulted as part of the development of the Management Plans.  Each Management Plan relates to a different aspect of the Project and some will overlap.

Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP)

This management plan provides an overview of the construction and reclamation activities and associated environmental management requirements, controls and contingency plans for extreme weather events.
