Cruise Market Stall Application

The Welcome Experience

The city of Townsville guarantees a friendly and professional welcome and departure experience for all cruise ships and their guests.

Upon disembarkation, passengers walk across the berth to Quayside Terminal, with port staff ensuring adequate wayfinding and information until they reach the terminal.  Once inside, guests are greeted with live music and volunteers from Townsville Enterprise who provide information on city attractions and distribute maps and other helpful materials to ensure our visitors have the best experience possible in our city.

Interested in becoming a volunteer? Visit the Townsville Enterprise website to learn more and apply here.
