Have you got a concern about our business or the behaviour of an individual within our business?

You can use Port of Townsville’s Speak Up service. This service is confidential and independently operated by Core Integrity.  It is available to employees, contractors, suppliers, and customers of the Port of Townsville and members of our surrounding community who feel they have not had their community issues addressed adequately through direct contact with the Port. Concerns may include wrongdoing, public interest disclosures/whistleblowing, safety, environmental issues, bullying or harassment, privacy, security, financial reporting, fraud and corruption, or business integrity issues.

Please know your concerns will be dealt with the utmost confidentiality. You may choose to remain anonymous although our ability to respond and investigate your concerns may be limited and this may also be subject to legal obligations and/or Port policies.

If you have a concern, don't ignore it; let us know. You could prevent a potentially serious situation from harming you, the Port, or others.
