Competitive Salary Rates
We offer a range of competitive salaries, which we negotiate under our Enterprise Bargaining Agreements. Salaries are subject to annual incremental increases for most employees.

We support families by providing 12 months parental leave with generous paid parental leave entitlements of 14 weeks full pay or 28 weeks at half pay for the primary care of a newborn or newly adopted child. Spouse and de facto leave options are also available.
